It's been four years since his last live CD was issued, and in that time the singer that's been dubbed the Honky Tonk Kid has released two albums, sold hundreds of thousands of tickets, and toured all over the country. Even though he is emerging as a national artist, he decided to return to the soil that he calls home in Texas for this special event to showcase what he and his band are on the cusp of becoming: bona-fide headliners in big venues.
