GarciaLive Volume 23: August 14th, 1993 Shoreline Amphitheatre captures Jerry Garcia "at his peak, playing both thunder and lightning, and singing beautifully” alongside Gloria Jones, Jacklyn LaBranch, John Kahn, David Kemper, and Melvin Seals. The setlist showcases Jerry’s boundless musical curiosity, spanning the genres of R&B with “Money Honey,” rock ’n’ roll in “You Never Can Tell,” reggae in Jimmy Cliff’s “Struggling Man,” and the tender singer-songwriting of Bob Dylan’s “Forever Young.”
