Soul Jazz Records are re-releasing their classic double CD/ double vinyl vol 1/ double vinyl vol. 2 "Acid-Can You Jack?" to coincide with the release of their new album "Acid - Mysteron's Invade the Jackin' Zone'. This first album tells the story of the evolution of house and acid in Chicago and how a number of creative artists from the city developed a sound that came to influence the world. The double album set comes complete with extensive text by the renowned dance music writer Tim Lawrence (author of Love Saves the Day and Soul Jazz Records' earlier Voguing CD/Book).
