2015 sophomore release from the transatlantic noisy punks. The follow up to 2013's debut LP Primal Play, it's an impressive output for a band spread between New Jersey and Swansea, Wales. Imaginary People was again produced with Ben Greenberg (from The Men) over two days at Vacation Island in New York. The resulting LP is ten songs of loud, pounding catharsis that take their influences - Ramones, Pixies, Gun Club, Husker Du etc. - and smash them into tiny unrecognizable pieces. It's an album that feels possessed - from the creepy lethargy of 'Lapin, Lapin' to the dance-inducing 'Wild Vile Flesh' and devastating 'Sinking Shadows'.
