Back in 1999, "Flat Beat," an infernally catchy track from the French dance producer Mr. Oizo, topped charts all over the world. Part of it's success had to do with it's infernal catchiness, but you could also credit the video, which starred an adorable puppet named Flat Eric. Now Oizo teamed up with Charli XCX for the song called "Hand In The Fire."
