Vinyl LP pressing. Dictator is the follow up from critically acclaimed guitarist/vocalist Daron Malakian and his project Scars On Broadway. Recorded by Malakian in 2012, it was thought to be material for the next System Of A Down album, but the project began to take a different direction.
