CD EP. The Ranch is a four song EP from Nashville-based country/Americana/rock singer/songwriter, Tayla Lynn, featuring a remarkable new duet with grandmother Loretta of `Honky Tonk Girl', the song that began Loretta's iconic career more than six decades ago. `Honky Tonk Girl' and a new track, `Coal Dust', penned by songwriter-producer, James House and Leslie Satcher were recorded with House at Victor House Studios in Nashville. Two additional songs, co-written by Tayla, `Muddy River' and `These Wheels', were recorded at the famous London Bridge Studio in Seattle with producers Geoff Ott and Jonathan Plum. The Ranch also includes a short bonus track of a priceless conversation between Tayla and Loretta talking about `Honky Tonk Girl' and features career advice from Loretta to her adoring granddaughter.
