Originally released in June of 1954, The Elmo Hope Quintet’s Volume 2 will be reissued on 10” vinyl on February 24, 2015. Part of the Blue Note Authorized Dealer program schedule of releases, Volume 2 features Elmo Hope on piano and Art Blakey on drums. Volume 2 is comprised of six, hard bop tracks.
