''Familiar Spirit'' is Edison's first full-length album, but the Denver-based acoustic trio has already established a passionate fan-base through relentless touring since forming in 2014. Vocalist/guitarist Sarah Slaton, multi-instrumentalist Dustin Morris, and Grammy-nominated guitarist Maxwell Hughes (formerly of The Lumineers) craft alt-folk songs built on stirring instrumentals and vivid emotion.
