Black Lips is heavy on 60s psychedelica and garage rock and they show glimpses here of the niche they would expand upon on future releases. The Black Lips continue to grow a fanbase that appreciates their energy and style which is a rough mishmash of blues, rock, doo-wop, country and punk.
