Being reborn as a noble in a magical world should be enough wish fulfillment for any normal person, but Cid Kagenou is still doubling down on his fantasy of running a secret organization that fights a made-up evil cult that (spoiler!) has turned out to be real. So, when Cid`s sister Claire must journey to the infamous Lawless City, guess who gets dragged along? Unfortunately, while Claire's trying to locate a vampire queen before it's resurrected, Cid isn't helping so much as sowing chaos, inventing new schemes, and once again treating his second life like a game in THE EMINENCE IN SHADOW 2!
