| Whether it's to check out the latest CD from your favorite artist or to give a listen to something that you may have only been told about, we realize the importance of actually being able to hear the music you're considering buying. That's why we provide numberous in-store play stations for customers to preview any CD before buying. We also maintain additional stations reservered for our various featured titles. |

| Return Policy |
| We understand that not everyone can listen to things while in the store. Once you get them home, if you change your mind about any purchases, bring them back with your receipt within ten days. Please make sure you treat them kindly and that they are in "like new" condition. Returns are for exchange or store credit only, good towards anything in the store but concert tickets. Sorry, no refunds. |

| Competitor Gift Cards |
If you've received a gift card from a national chain store that carries music or video (Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Circuit City, Borders, Barnes & Noble, FYE, etc.) then bring that gift card* to Waterloo Records & Video. We'll gladly exchange it for it's full amount on any merchandise we sell: CDs, DVDs, gift items or anything else in the store excluding concert tickets.
If you bring in one of our national chain competitors' gift cards* to exchange, PLEASE bring it up to the counter before you begin shopping. We'll have a Waterloo store credit waiting for you when you're ready to check out.
* The gift card's value must be able to be verified by Waterloo via phone or internet. |

| Used Buying Policies |
Waterloo is always buying your used CDs, DVDs and LPs. What we take depends on a variety of factors including desirability, condition and stock. We buy only things that we believe our customers will buy so we can't guarantee that we'll make an offer on everything that you bring in. However, we always pay top dollar for the items that we do take and offer the same amount for cash or trade.
Prices that we pay can vary widely based on the same factors mentioned above that determine what we buy. On average, however
, we'll pay $2-5 for CDs, from 50¢ to $4 for LPs and $2-7 for DVDs. |

| In-Store Events |
| We are proud to host both local and touring artists for live in-store performances and record release parties on a weekly basis. Most in-stores begin at 5PM and refreshment is provided by St. Arnold Brewing Company. For a listing of currently scheduled performances, please check our store events page. |

| Ticket Sales |
| Waterloo is the leading sales outlet for Frontgate and GetTix Tickets and for Emo's Austin. We sell tickets for shows at such venues as The Austin Music Hall, The Backyard, La Zona Rosa, The Paramount Theater, Stubb's, the Parish and Antone's.
